Attention: Choice Patients

The clinic and treatment rooms are sterilized often and between all patients. There is hand sanitizer available in the lobby and all treatment rooms.  

​

If you have cold/flu symptoms please reconsider if you are healthy enough for your appointment. If you feel it is just seasonal allergies or a mild cold, please wear a mask for courtesy purposes.

If you are experiencing cough, shortness of breath, headache combined with fever or just a general feeling of unwell please cancel your appointment.
